Delivery

DELIVERY

All courier deliveries are made by UPS and normally take 1-2 working days but may take longer depending on your area and the time of year.

The shopping basket will automatically work out the correct postage for your order based on the combined weight of the items you have added to the basket and your delivery address from £2.95 + vat. You can see the postage that you will have to pay easily without entering in all of your details by adding your required products to the basket and using our simple "Shipping Estimate" at the bottom of your basket. For next working day delivery, please ensure you place your order by 1pm Monday - Friday as the courier collects from us daily at this time and select next working day courier as the delivery. If you miss the courier collection, then your order will not be sent until the following working day.

Shipping Estimate


If you have received an "order complete" email from us then your order has been dispatched. We send you the tracking number via email so that you can track your order and if needed, contact the courier to check the delivery. Although we send out all courier orders on a next day delivery service, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on the next working day. Please allow at least 2 working days for delivery.  If no one is at home when delivery is attempted the driver may check to see if a neighbour is at home and leave the parcel with them. If you leave a signed note explaining that the order can be left in a specific location, the driver can take this away and the goods can be left where you choose, however this is done at your own risk. If this is not possible they will leave a calling card and either attempt re-delivery the following working day or ask you to collect from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the card that will be left by your driver. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the card left by the driver after two delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged for the return service by our courier which we must pass on to you. We will then cancel your order and refund your payment method deducting the original cost of delivery + £10 to cover the return costs. 

Once your order has left us, we cannot be responisible for delays or damages that occur as a result of the Courier however if your order does arrive damaged please refuse delivery or mark the courier's sheet as "damaged on arrival" if you do sign for it. If you'd like to make a claim for the damages please email us at info@photomountsuk.co.uk with details of the damage along with images to support the claim and we may be able to resend your order.

Note: We currently ship to the UK, EU and USA. If you live outside this area please contact us with your location and we will look into adding it to the website.
