DELIVERY

The shopping basket will automatically work out the correct postage for your order based on the combined weight of the items you have added to the basket and your delivery address up to a maximum of £7.95 (within England).

FREE P&P will apply on all orders valuing £200 or above our starting price for delivery is just £3.45

You can see the postage that you will have to pay easily without entering in all of your details by adding your required products to the basket and using our simple "Shipping Estimate" at the bottom of your basket.

£0.00 (Collection Only) - You can select this option if you are able to collect your order from our shop at 4 Burlington Gardens, Portslade, East Sussex. BN41 2DJ

£0.00 (Free Delivery) - Option appears when basket subtotal is £200 or more inclusive of vat and your location is on the mainland in England, Scotland or Wales

Although we send out all courier orders on a next day delivery service, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on the next working day these can take 2-3 days. For your best chance of receiving your order the next working day, please ensure you place your order by 12pm (Midday) as the courier collects from us daily at about this time. If you miss the courier collection, then your order will not be sent until the following working day. Please do not rely on this service if your order is urgent. 

If you have received an "order complete" email from us then your order has been dispatched. Please do not phone us after this time to ask where your order is as it is then out of our control. If your courier order is taking longer than expected please email us with your order number and we will email you back the tracking number so that you can trace your order and if needed, contact the courier to chase them up. 

Royal mail deliveries normally take 2-4 working days but may take longer depending on your area and the time of year. Royal Mail do not consider a item missing for 15 working days so please allow this long before emailing us if you haven't received your order.

Once your order has left us, we cannot be responisible for delays or damages that occur as a result of Royal Mail or the Courier. 

Note: We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland and parts of Europe. If you live outside this area please contact us with your location and we will look into adding it to the website.
