MAKING A PURCHASE
In the shop, use the links on the left to browse our products, and click on the "add to basket" button of each product that you wish to purchase. After you have finished your order, click on "Checkout". Here you can change quantities and pay for your order either by secure credit/debit card payment or by posting us a cheque or postal order made payable to "JP Photographic Ltd".
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro. We can accept cash sent by post but strongly recommend you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service as this is insured against loss in transit.
TAX CHARGES
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Upon completion of a successful order you will automatically receive a VAT receipt.
DELIVERY
We offer "Free Next Day Delivery" to England mainland for orders totaling £200 or more excluding delivery.
You can see the postage that you will have to pay easily without entering in all of your details by adding your required products to the basket and using our simple "Shipping Estimate" at the bottom of your basket.

For next working day delivery, please ensure you place your order by 1pm Monday - Friday as the courier collects from us daily at this time and select next working day courier as the delivery. If you miss the courier collection, then your order will not be sent until the following working day.
If you have received an "order complete" email from us then your order has been dispatched. Please do not phone us after this time to ask where your order is as it is then out of our control. We send you the tracking number via email so that you can trace your order and if needed, contact the courier to chase them up. Although we send out all courier orders on a next day delivery service, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on the next working day. They can take upto 2 days. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted the driver may check to see if a neighbour is at home and leave the parcel with them. If you leave a signed note explaining that the order can be left in a specific location, the driver can take this away and the goods can be left where you choose, however this is done at your own risk. If this is not possible they will leave a calling card and either attempt re-delivery the following working day or ask you to collect from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the card that will be left by your driver. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the card left by the driver after two delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged for the return service by our courier which we must pass on to you. We will then cancel your order and refund your payment method deducting the original cost of delivery + £10 to cover the return costs.
All deliveries are made by UPS and normally take 1-2 working days but may take longer depending on your area and the time of year.
Once your order has left us, we cannot be responisible for delays or damages that occur as a result of the Courier.
Although we send out all courier orders on a next day delivery service, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on the next working day these can take 2 days.
Note: We currently only ship to the UK, Ireland and parts of Europe. If you live outside this area please contact us with your location and we will look into adding it to the website.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card payments are taken securely by Sagepay. Sagepay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). RETURNS POLICY
(excluding custom photo mounts or custom orders such as photographic prints) Any returned goods must be unopened in their original sealed packages in which they were delivered to you and in resaleable condition. Once the goods have been recieved back to us any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
To return your order, write "Return Order" on the back of the delivery note. Package the items securely and send them to us with the delivery note within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at info@photomounts.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. The return address is:

Note: For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a certificate of posting when returning your order. (available from the post office at time of posting). You are responsible for the costs of returning any goods to us unless we delivered the product(s) to you in error.
Refunds
When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund only the costs of the products returned in resaleable condition as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase (excluding custom photo mounts or custom orders such as photographic prints) within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You can only cancel your order if all the goods you have ordered are still unopened and in their original sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract you must email us at info@photomountsuk.co.uk . This helps us both have a record of events. We aim to respond to requests within 24 hours. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE US.
Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Damaged or Missing Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage or missing items. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages or any items from your order are not present you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages or missing items reported after 24hrs of receipt.
