MAKING A PURCHASE

In the shop, use the links on the left to browse our products, and click on the "add to basket" button of each product that you wish to purchase. After you have finished your order, click on "Checkout". Here you can change quantities and pay for your order either by secure credit/debit card payment or by posting us a cheque or postal order made payable to "JP Photographic Ltd".

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro. We can accept cash sent by post but strongly recommend you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service as this is insured against loss in transit.

TAX CHARGES

All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Upon completion of a successful order you will automatically receive a VAT receipt.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card payments are taken securely by Sagepay. Sagepay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process. For more information, please visit

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you must click here to submit an RMA. This helps us both have a record of events. We aim to respond to RMA requests within 24 hours. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE US.  

Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Once an RMA has been authorised and goods have been recieved back to us any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase (excluding custom photo mounts) within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You can only cancel your order if all the goods you have ordered are still unopened and in their original sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.

Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

Damaged Goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.

Note: For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when returning your order. (available from the post office at time of posting)

Your statutory rights are not affected

Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of JP Photographic Ltd until paid for in full.
