MAKING A PURCHASE TAX CHARGES CREDIT CARD SECURITY RETURNS POLICY In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you must click here to submit an RMA. This helps us both have a record of events. We aim to respond to RMA requests within 24 hours. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE US. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Cancelling an Order Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.Once an RMA has been authorised and goods have been recieved back to us any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. Damaged Goods You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt. Along with the email we ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your claim Note: For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when returning your order. (available from the post office at time of posting)
