You have the right to return your order to us within 7 working days of it being delivered*. Any returned goods must be unopened in their original sealed packages in which they were delivered to you and in resaleable condition. Once the goods have been recieved back to us, the cost of the products will be refunded back to you (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receiving your order back, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

To return your order, write "Return Order" on the back of the delivery note. Package the items securely and send them to us with the delivery note within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at info@photomountsuk.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. The return address is:

Note: For your protection, we recommend that you use a signed for delivery service. You are responsible for the costs of returning any goods to us unless we delivered the product(s) to you in error.

* Custom made orders such as photographic prints or personalised mounts/folders are excluded from this returns poicy and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
